
Patrick Graham is the Vice President of Operations for MRS-CMC. Patrick has been with MRS-CMC for 11 years and has held various positions within the company as he rose through the ranks. His background includes years of Marketing, Advertising, Sales, and Business Ownership prior to him joining the MRS-CMC team. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Personnel/Industrial Management from the University of South Carolina's renowned School of Business. Patrick is married with two boys and resides in Summerville, SC.

Bill has been with Container Maintenance Corp. for 8 years, and came to the company with 10+ years of operational management. Initially hired as a supervisor in Charleston, Bill is now the General Manager for CMC and is responsible for the operations in all of the Southeast locations. He graduated from the College of Charleston.

Melissa Wiegel is the Vice President of Finance and Administration for MRS-CMC. She is a Charleston native and has worked for MRS-CMC for 10 years, holding various positions within the company. Her primary responsibility is overseeing Accounts Payable, Human Resources/Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Administrative/Data Entry. Melissa holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from College of Charleston and an MBA from The Citadel.

Deborah Melson is the Human Resources and Payroll Manager for MRS/CMC. Her background includes more than twenty years as an administrative, accounting and human resource professional in the aircraft parts distribution, safety equipment and manufacturing industries. She also served for thirty years in the Navy and Naval Reserve at many varied commands around the globe; recently retiring as a Lieutenant Commander. She earned a BBA in Accounting from University of North Florida in 1992 and currently holds a PHR certification as a Professional Human Resource Manager.

Sam Claxton is our Director, Risk Management and Safety and has been with MRS/CMC since April of 2011. Sam came to MRS/CMC with 10+ years experience in the shipping industry in operations and safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from Winthrop University, certificates in Safety Management from the American Society of Safety Engineers and the National Safety Council, and is an Authorized Maritime Trainer through the University of South Florida OSHA Training Institute. Sam is responsible for leading MRS/CMCs safety programs and driving efforts to reduce personal injuries and property damage to zero. Sam is married with two children and enjoys golf and other outside activities.

Dave has been with CMC since December 2011 and has been immersed in multiple aspects of CMC Operations and Customer Service. He was Supervisor of Operations for AP Moller/Maersk Distribution in Long Beach, California. Dave graduated from The Citadel where he held several leadership roles including Bravo Co. Commander while playing Football and Rugby.
